One of the things that I do because of Virta is have a couple of Bouillon cubes each day for sodium. I’m not a fan of straight up drinking the stuff so in order to get some additional protein and veggies I have made it more interesting with mushrooms, green onions and little shrimp. I can pick up cans of tiny shrimp and get 4 soups out of it. I can also get cans of mushrooms and get the same amount across the soups. I wanted some additional veggies so I added green onions which you can get a bunch for cheap. They add flavor and veggies. So Each day I make a couple of these soups to get the sodium as well as protein and veggies. Taste pretty good, too.
